Three Ways of using Essential oils; Internal, Aromatic, Topical
Internal: The process and quality of these oils are in concentrated form, and can be used as dietary supplements. They are therapeutic medical grade oils so yes, you can ingest them. Put them in tea, cook with them, add them to water (I put a drop of lemon and wild orange in my water daily) smoothies, milk, or in like applesauce or yogurt. I actually add peppermint in my coffee some mornings (yummy) Also you can take them internally in a veggie capsule.
Aromatic: Diffusion is one of the simplest methods for using essential oils meaning you can diffuse them into the air, inhaling the benefits. Apply oil to a cotton ball and place in the air vents.
Topical: you can add oils usually 1–2 drops to the neck, forehead, temples, chest, abdomen, arms, legs, and bottom of feet. Or use it a warm bath, make a hot or cold compress, add oil to a lotion or moisturizer and then apply to skin. I add frankincense with my facial moisturizer, and wow I Love it!

My experience with using Digestive enzymes....
